With each song, Los Sara Fontan work magic. It happened when they hadn’t released any songs and seemed to hypnotize you with their live performances, and it happens now, with every track they reveal to us.
The intricate timbre of “Creer Fuerte,” which blended its violin and drums with sounds from nature, led us towards that universe that only they know how to create. A feeling that goes even further in “Elektra,” their second single. .
Where to? Unexpected territory, as Los Sara Fontan somehow deconstruct and reinterpret everything in Richard Strauss’s opera. A shocking story, in which the character of Electra, who evolves from rage to euphoria, ends up dying while dancing.
A song that somehow draws you into the mythological figure herself, inviting you to move, especially when you watch the accompanying video for “Elektra.” Created by Los Sara Fontan themselves, seven dancer friends (Anna Calsina, Sònia Gómez, Núria Guiu, Laura Morales, Berta Pascual, Emma Riba, and Clara Tena) interpret with their bodies what they are feeling and hearing.
Consuelo (Aloud Music / Gandula, 2026) will be released on digital platforms on February 20th, but before that, fans can experience the intimacy of Los Sara Fontan’s music through a tour, organized by self-managed collectives and friendly venues.
