Choose the records you wanna buy visiting the shopping categories. When you click on “ADD TO CART”, you put the record on a virtual cart, owned by us. You can close the window and the cart will follow you. That is important if you wanna continue buying other items.

When you have finished, you have to click to the button: “CHECKOUT”. There, you can make the payment through your Paypal Account or with your credit card or bank account. If you don´t have a paypal account, don´t have to register anywhere.

If you buy from Spain, you can pay cash on delivery or paying in our bank account. There´s no other ways to pay if you buy from another country.

At the end of the process, our system and Paypal will write you an email. This is your email confirmation. A person from Aloud Music will contact you in the next days. Normally, in the next 3-5 days, but sometimes it takes a week or more. We are just 1 person working on that and sometimes we are not in the office. If we answer so late, we´re sorry, but be sure there will be any problem with your order.

WE ARE NOT AMAZON! Normally, it takes between 10 and 20 days from the delivery day. It depends on the country. Actually, send to USA takes around 25 days. We send usually packages on thursday/friday.

We send packages through the spanish postal service (Correos) every week.

Slow shipment
Just for Europe. Not available for US / World. We sent your package as Music/Books, a special service into the spanish postal service. You will not have a tracking number. Is the slower way to send any package. For Europe it can take around 20 days. For USA and the rest of the world, you can expect 1 month at least!

Regular shipment
You still will not have a tracking number but is really faster than the slow way. For Europe it can take between 7 and 15 days. For USA and the rest of the world, you can expect 15-25 days.

Registered shipment
Safer. You can follow the package through www.correos.es with a track number we will give you. Postman will deliver it to you personally, you need to sign the reception. Probably faster than the regular way but difficult to demonstrate.

If the package is returned to Aloud Music, you must pay the complete costs of the shipment.

You have 3 options: search for band, for name of the record or name of a song. You can search for record company, too.

Yes. The record has to be in a perfect condition and has to be returned in the next 15 days. You will pay the shipment costs. If the record arrives broken or in bad condition, we will try to know what happened and we will send you a new one with any cost for you.

We will order it to our supplier. It will take between 20 and 30 days more. We will write you to let you know if we can get the record or not. If it´s impossible to get the record, we will refund you the money.

From 2003, we are a really serious company that works online without any problem. Our credit card system is owned by Paypal, maybe the most important money company around the world. The most important thing you have to have is the Paypal confirmation email. We work on the music scene. Sometimes we have to travel to a festival or to a show, and we don´t have email with us.
