#AgostoAlouder, the imminent future at Aloud

The 2025–2026 season at Aloud has been truly unforgettable. We can safely say that it has been the season with the most releases in the label’s history. Let’s try to take stock:

Add in the latest co-publications from The Noyrd and Gyoza—in which we also participated—and you get an absolutely incredible year.

Remember, you can buy ALL these releases in our online store; sales remain our source of income, allowing us to keep releasing music 🙂 There are no tricks or gimmicks at Aloud—the day we stop selling, we’ll close up shop.

WHAT’S COMING UP

This year, the new developments kick off in August; starting August 1st, we’ll be organizing “Agosto Alouder” once again. Long-time members won’t need much explanation, but for those who are new—in short:

• Huge deals all month long, unbeatable bundles, and rock-bottom prices. The goal? It’s always the same: clearing the shelves to make room for the new arrivals on the way. Our shop is small, and the shelves are packed to the brim. Your purchases throughout the year help us make space for what’s coming next 🙂
• Awesome contest! It was called “ALOUDERS AROUND THE WORLD“—remember? Well, we’re bringing it back. We’re giving away a pack containing all 12 of the year’s releases to someone in the Aloud universe who takes a photo this summer featuring an Aloud item—anywhere in the world. T-shirts, tote bags, records, CDs, stickers… anything counts! Just post a Story, use the hashtag #AgostoAlouder, tag @aloud_music, and we’ll pick a winner 🙂
• Releases: Yes! We’re releasing music again in August—it’s something we love! This year, new material from Salvaguarda and Pinpilinpussies will be available to hear during #AgostoAlouder!
• Concert series: we’ve decided to take the plunge and organize a concert series that we’ll announce during #AgostoAloduer. And…
• All-Dayer: Yes! The All-Dayer is returning to VOL this year. It will take place on Saturday, December 12, and the lineup will once again celebrate a year of Aloud!

Will there be more? Sure—after all, everything we do, even though it looks super organized, is based on improvisation and living in the moment. If ideas suddenly pop up (which we copy, of course) or someone suggests something we really like… well, we go for it. 🙂

Historically, August is a month that doesn’t exist in the music industry. Aloud is a label that operates outside that industry. We started breaking the mold of doing things by the book back in 2010 when we released Toundra’s *III* right in the middle of August. It was a success. Since then—between “Alouders Around the World” and #AgostoAlouder—we’ve kept busy releasing tracks, albums, and pre-orders, and announcing all sorts of things during that same month. It brings us luck, even though we know it doesn’t make much sense.

Continuing to do things without much rhyme or reason in 2026 is what keeps us alive.
