Jardín de la Croix is ??an instrumental band, formed in 2006, that plays a singular mix between Post Rock, Math Rock and Progressive Rock. Since its formation, the band has released three albums and in October 2016 its fourth LP was released, first published by the Aloud Music Ltd label.

With “Pomeroy” the band became known to the public as one of the great promises of instrumental rock on the national scene. They sold out the first print run of 1,000 copies, so they had to do a reissue. They received good reviews from the most important national media, as well as from webzines and the public. Thanks to this first job, they shared the stage with international groups such as: This Will Destroy You (Usa), Caspian (Usa), Russian Circles (Usa), My Own Private Alaska (Fr), Long Distance Calling (Ger), Katabatic (Pt); and locals like Toundra and Adrift.

In 2011, the quartet published its second album, the celebrated ” Ocean Cosmonauts”, recorded in Estudio Uno, masterid in RFI/CD by Ed Brooks and released by Noma Records. It is from then on, when the band establishes itself as one of the great names of the instrumental scene, being, together with formations like Toundra, a reference for an audience eager for new proposals in the musical field.

During the years 2011 and 2012, Jardín de la Croix toured the Spanish geography presenting “Ocean Cosmonauts“. They sold out all the tickets at the Taboo room in Madrid on the day of the presentation. They also played in Valencia, in Barcelona with Butterfly Explosions, in Mungia with the Americans Radio Moscow, at the Portuguese festival Milhões de Festa 2011 together with big names like Graveyard, Secret Chiefs 3 and Karma To Burn; in the festival Takio Fest accompanying Kylesa, Year of no light, Adolescents, as well as a large number of concerts in other parts of the Spanish geography. In Madrid they opened for Baroness, And So I Watch You from Afar, Immanu el and Maybeshewill. They also accompanied the Americans Caspian on their tour of the national territory.

In February 2013, Jardín de la Croix published “ 187 Steps to cross the Universe”, recorded in Sadman Estudios with Carlos Santos and mastered by Jens Bogren (Fascination Street). It was published in February 2013 by Noma Records and the vinyl edition was carried out by Lar Gravacións. Since then it was common to see them again on stages throughout Spain, highlighting their live performances at the Resurrection Festival 2015 and the 2014 and 2015 editions of the AMFest in Barcelona.

After several years of concerts and important festivals, the band announced that “Lethargy” would be released in 2020, the first of a series of three 10″ vinyls that completed the group’s new work.
