Choose the records you wanna buy visiting the shopping categories (cd´s, t-shirts, vinyls...). When you click on "ADD IT TO YOUR SHOPPING CART", you put the record on a virtual cart, owned by Paypal. You can close the window and the cart will follow you. That is important if you wanna continue buying other items.
When you have finished, you have to click to the button: "PROCEED TO CHECKOUT". There, you can make the payment through your Paypal Account or with your credit card. If you don´t have a paypal account, don´t have to register anywhere.
If you buy from Spain, you can pay cash on delivery or paying in our bank account. There´s no other ways to pay if you buy from another country.
At the end of the process, Paypal will write you an email. This is your email confirmation. A person from Aloud Music will contact you in the next days. Normally, in the next 3-4 days, but sometimes it takes a week or more. We are just 2 people working on that and sometimes we are not in the office. If we answer so late, we´re sorry, but be sure there will be any problem with your order.
Normally, it takes between 10 and 15 days from the delivery day. It depends on the country. Actually, send to USA takes around 30 days. We send usually packages on thursday/friday.
We send packages through the spanish postal service (Correos) every week as Music/Books, a special service into the spanish postal service. It´s slower than usual, but totally safe. There´s no tracking number. If you need a tracking number, please write us to send you a registered package (we will send you the costs).
If the package is returned to Aloud Music, you must pay the complete costs of the shipment.
You have 3 options: search for band, for name of the record or name of a song. You can search for record company, too.
Yes. The record has to be in a perfect condition and has to be returned in the next 15 days. You will pay the shipment costs. If the record arrives broken or in bad condition, we will try to know what happened (it will be the first time) and we will send you a new one with any cost for you.
We will order it to our supplier. It will take between 20 and 30 days more. We will write you to let you know if we can get the record or not. If it´s impossible to get the record, we will refund you the money.
From 2003, we are a really serious company that works online without any problem. Our credit card system is owned by Paypal, maybe the most important money company around the world. We know we are spanish, and we love it, we´re sure you will love us too :)
The most important thing you have to have is the Paypal confirmation email. We work on the music scene. Sometimes we have to travel to a festival or to a show, and we don´t have email with us. Please, be patient. With your confirmation email, you will receive your order for sure into the estimated time.
